Pregnant bodies are in a constant state of physical and emotional change from conception to delivery. This six-week series is designed to help build strength and stability during pregnancy while infusing the art of meditation and relaxation. The challenges of pregnancy, labor and childbirth can be met by learning to connect the mind, body, and baby with the breath. This is also a great way to build a sense of community and meet others who may be going through some of the same experiences as you.
