Yoga. Breath. Environment. Support. Movement. Position. Connection.

The focus of this workshop is to help you and your partner feel more prepared for your labor and birth. We will learn breathing techniques, massage, meditation techniques for focus, and yoga based movement for labor. We will cover how the position of the mother can help you cope with labor pains, and how to best position your self for the birth of your baby.

You and your partner can prepare to enter the labor and birth process with a feeling of openness to the unknown as well as a feeling of confidence for doing your best. Come learn with Erica Swedberg, mother of two children, yoga instructor, RN, and lactation educator. Bring your questions, and your readiness to try new things.

You can take the class at any stage of pregnancy, and you can take it more than once! Partners, labor assistants, and/or doulas welcome.
