Join Chelsea and Michelle for a replenishing long weekend at the Oregon Coast!
Step into a lush convergence of landscapes: where small farms emerge from the forest at the edge of the sea. Unplug from the buzz of the city to tune into the easeful pulsation of water and earth.

In addition to two daily yoga classes, treat your body to a steam in the wood-fired sauna or even a massage. In between yoga classes, and family-style meals (crafted with love in our cozy farmhouse), we’ll explore all that this unique setting has to offer – hiking with an ocean view; berry picking by the river; yoga in the sand and in our light-filled living room – with ample time for wandering, dreaming, and soaking up the sun.

Here you can connect with like-minded souls, and with the quieter corners of yourself. At the heart of it all, an intention to breathe a little deeper and connect to what moves you.

What’s Included:
– Three nights in our farmhouse on the Nehalem River with all the comforts of home AND a spacious wood-fired sauna (www.northfork53.com)
– Inspired, nourishing meals from chef/yogi Kristina; coffee, tea, and the occasional adult beverage
– Six group yoga classes, including one on the sands of Manzanita Beach
– Daily workshops and excursions through the surrounding forest, town, and beach
– Professional photos of your experience (including your own portrait session or photo lesson) by in-house photog/yogi Karen

About the instructors: Michelle Chambers and Chelsea Bird

Yogi. Teacher. Dancer. In love with movement. Spreading joy and gratitude through the physical, mental, and spiritual practice of Yoga.

I have always been in love with movement, using all of my being to express an emotion, an idea, a prayer. I did this through ballet for many years, until my body decided yoga was a better idea. I soon discovered that yoga was therapeutic not only for my aching back and joints, but also for my mind and even my soul. As I grew in my physical practice, I began to explore each asana as a means of expressing the love and gratitude in my heart.
Inspired by this flow of grace, I completed a Vinyasa Yoga teacher training with Silvia Mordini to share the freedom and joy of movement through the physical, mental, and spiritual practice of Yoga.
Classes are based on a breath-driven Vinyasa flow, moving with grace to cultivate awareness, strength, and harmony of body and mind.

YT-500 // CREATIVE VINYASA FLOW — GROUNDED IN SELF AWARENESS + EMBODIMENTI fell in love with yoga because of how it makes me feel about myself and the world around me. Yoga, over and over again, brings a sense of perspective, strength, and oneness to my life. I teach a nurturing, fluid, and creative vinyasa flow that brings focus to feelings over shapes. My intention is for my students to gain connection, awareness, and autonomy in their practice — leading to strength, embodiment, and a deeper understanding of themselves. I hope that people leave class more in tune with their minds and bodies — grounded, open, loved, and alive.
