This class is for folks identifying as LGBTQ, gender non-binary/non-conforming and conscious allies. This yoga class is for practitioners of all levels and aims to create a space in which gender and identity have more room to breathe and more options from which to take shape, so that healing self-expression can emerge. Folks interested in breath and mindful movement to strengthen the body, focus the mind and deepen connection to Self are thoroughly welcomed. This class is interested in meeting the needs of the folks who show up, but will always include some fluid combination of asana (physical postures), breath practice and meditation.
