Take advantage of our training kits, online resources and in-studio provisions, including unlimited classes during your training and optional accelerated teaching augment for those taking the course to become certified teachers. Sattva is known for world-class curriculum and delivering a high-value, rigorous and challenging program, from a physical dimension, or also well-versed in the science, philosophy, comparative and spiritual elements of the practice. What you cannot attend in person will be available by video. There are also exclusive small group (2) and 1:1 sessions with Ali to help shape your teaching style and master the quality of your sequences.

Sattva Yoga Teacher Training has been fostering highly capable, dynamic and skillful practitioners and teachers of yoga for almost twenty years. A large majority of community studios in the state and a large percentage of teachers stem from this program and the teachings of Ali Valdez.
