Reiki Healing Workshop with Ayanna Olukunsu at Be Yoga Burien

Are you interested in learning more about energy? Do you feel the call of the healer? Or do you simply wish to heal yourself? Join us for an energetic learning and healing experience. You will learn about the chakra system and how it impacts your mind, body, and spirit. You will learn about the history, and healing benefits of Usui Reiki. Then you will be attuned and certified as a level one Reiki healer.

Class instruction and attunements will be 3 hours long followed by hands on practice with a group Reiki share.

About the Instructor : Ayanna Olukunsu

Ayanna’s holistic journey began with practicing yoga and meditation in 2015. After receiving a healing Reiki session in 2016, she began training as a Reiki healer. Ayanna has a passion for service and caring for others and has pursued this passion by working many years as a childcare provider. Followed by two years as a nurse aid providing in home care for seniors during the pandemic. In 2022 she began deepening her personal development and healing work by completing a Doula training and getting back into her yoga practice. After attending just one class, Ayanna decided to make BYB her yoga home!

With experience in hosting women’s circles and healing retreats, Ayanna’s goals at BYB are to join in cultivating community, creativity and safe space for students and staff.
