Relief :: a Fundraiser Benefiting Earthquake Victims at Aya Yoga Oasis

Join Isabelle for a donation-based practice on Saturday 2/25/23. All funds generated from this event will be donated to Heyva Sor, the Kurdish Red Crescent, to aid in their relief efforts in the aftermath of the massive earthquake in Turkey and Syria. Pay what you can; no amount is too big or too small.

Expect a 90-minute combination of guided meditation and a thoughtfully sequenced, all-levels asana practice with plenty of heart- and hip-opening, plus opportunities to reflect and reconnect to the themes of the meditation. Afterwards, feel free to stay for a cup of tea and discussion with Isabelle about the current crisis, the context of conflict in the region, and what Heyva Sor is doing to help.
