Carrie is the owner of Aya Yoga Oasis, a certified yoga instructor (E-RYT200 and YACEP), and an adventurous world explorer. Carrie enjoys exploring new cultures and new places, while keeping an open mind to new possibilities.

Carrie is also very passionate about sharing yoga with her students in a way that allows them to cultivate the art of listening to their body. Every class she teaches allows time for each student to experiment and to learn something new about themselves.

Angel Sta. Teresa

Angel began her meditation practice in 2015, which eventually led her to study of yoga. She infuses her teaching with the mentality that yoga is a process of physical and mental healing and discovery. Her classes are based on developing body awareness and discernment in order to nourish and strengthen oneself through asana. Through her sequences, she encourages students to find focus, balance, and ease while cultivating energy and channeling it throughout the body.
