In this 90 minute workshop, you’ll settle into a comfortable resting posture supported by props. From there, you’ll be guided through a yoga nidra meditation, meant to bring you into a deep state of conscious awareness sleep, which is a deeper state of relaxation. Practitioners often describe the sensations of yoga nidra as fading in and out of a pleasant nap.
You’ll need:
- Loose fitting, comfortable clothing
- Any favorite pillows or blankets that support your rest
- Water
- Eye mask or pillow (optional).
