Join Veronica D’Orazio in a special 6-week series on Restorative yoga. Restorative yoga practices are deeply relaxing, gentle, and healing, Props such as bolsters and blankets are used to allow our bodies to be in the most comfortable, supported, and aligned positions possible. Calming and centering, Restorative yoga is particularly beneficial for soothing pain, anxiety, insomnia, headaches, and other stress-related conditions. The entire emphasis of the practice is on making sure there is no strain or effort, allowing you to stay in supported positions for ample time. Incorporating guided meditation, soothing breath practices, deep stillness, and subtle, flowing movements, this series offers you an opportunity to nurture and revitalize yourself.
