Join Kathleen for this FREE Restorative yoga class. In this gentle class we’ll use a plethora of props to fully support the body and allow it to rest and relax into the pose. Each pose is held for 5-7 minutes, during which time we will use the breath to gently guide the physical and energetic levels of the body into deeper states of relaxation. Restorative yoga is a practice that is deeply calming for the mind and central nervous system. It is an excellent opportunity to disconnect from the frenetic pace of day to day life and renew and recharge your body and mind.
