Join Ginger Saunders and Rae Helsel for this restorative practice with relaxing hands-on assists and essential oils – allow yourself the time to care for yourself physically and emotionally.

This class will move through a slow, grounding, 90 minute flow with enough time in each posture to receive nurturing assists that encourage restoration and awareness. Draw in to re-balance, and integrate your intention, and then stay after to drink a glass of wine and chocolate for a post-savasana happy hour!

PLEASE NOTE: To give each participant even more love, this session is now limited to 16 and offered twice (once on Friday and once on Saturday). Please be sure to sign up for the date you prefer.
