Using two deeply relaxing and restorative practices, this workshop will help you unwind and recharge your body and mind. Class will take you through gentle poses to stretch and awaken the body, then we will linger in restorative poses and follow it all up with a Yoga Nidra guided meditation. Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice where a guided meditation leads you in and out of the recesses of the mind – teaching us to be open to everything life presents. This is a very restorative practice which will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed.
This class is suitable for all students, no experience necessary. Prenatal students welcome.
