Experience the slow and delicious body opening of Restorative Yoga with the added benefit of Thai Massage. Participants will be guided into comfortable supported yoga postures, optimizing the body’s ability to receive the therapeutic touch of Thai Massage and release tension, resulting in deep relaxation. No yoga or massage experience necessary.
Register by March 8 for early bird price: $45/person. The price is $60/person after that.
