Release tension and relax in this restful practice done primarily sitting or reclining. We use all sorts of tools — straps, bolsters and blankets — to support the body’s journey toward gentle realignment and healing of both mind and body. Last Restorative class of each month incorporates singing bowls sound bath. First Restorative class of each month incorporates optional craniosacral hands on techniques.

Cost: FREE if it’s your first visit, otherwise $25 or part of any class card/pass.
