Rocket Pop-Up Series

Join Christiane and Brendan in this Intro series to “The Rocket®”. A style rooted in Ashtanga Yoga, offering a progressive and accessible approach to the traditional method, bringing in creativity and encouraging ALL students to be in exploration! This style, created by Larry Shultz, is composed of three original series, Rocket® 1,2 & 3, which offer a dynamic and playful flow, that aims to develop strength and flexibility to allow students to experiment with advanced asana, while staying accessible through modifications, and practicing acceptance of what our bodies can do today.

You can choose to purchase individual sessions, or join both practices at a discounted rate. Rocket 1, based on the Ashtanga Primary Series, offers a unique twist on leg strengthening, balancing, hip opening and forward folding; while Rocket 2, based on Ashtanga Intermediate Series, focuses on backbends, inversions and arm balances.

Cost: $30.00 for individual class; 55 for the series.
