Using ceremony we will celebrate, breathe, sweat and connect with spirit with guest instructor, Zak Endicott.
Our legs (our roots!) have a wide range of motion, and we will certainly explore them all. Using ceremony and intelligent sequencing, this workshop explores a myriad of ways to twist and bend and explore the hips and core.
We will experience a total exploration of pranayama, beginning and advanced yoga abdominals, seated postures, twists, forward folds, and arm balances.
*All levels welcome. please be ready to adapt and modify your practice and work with injuries as you need.
