Getting Started and Comfortable with Shoulderstand, Plow and Basic Variations
September 21 @ 4:45 pm - 7:00 pm| $30 – $40
All authentic yoga traditions which incorporate a physical asana practice include shoulderstand, affectionately referred to as The Mother of The Asanas.
Regularly practice of shoulderstand bestows many benefits including a restoration of energy, relaxation and feelings of calmness and ease.
It is sad to note that in many modern yoga classes, teachers don’t teach (or even know how to do) one of the most basic and beneficial of poses.
The emphasis of the workshop will be on how to safely practice these poses using blankets and commonly available items.
All are welcome except those with serious neck problems.
Learn some of the fundamentals and come away with a basic understanding and experience of how to do shoulderstand and some of the basic variations.
Date & Time: Saturday September 21th, 2019 @4:45pm-7:00pm
Fee: $40, and $30 by Monday September 16th.
Cancellation Policy: No refunds or credit toward other programs for cancellations or no-shows.
