Yoga, gourmet cuisine, relaxation and time in nature – all are on the schedule for our retreat together. Savor the the transition this fall!

The treasured Savor the Fall Retreat — co-led by Nancy Burtenshaw (Seattle, WA) and Meggie Cafferty (Moscow, ID) — is back again, to be held November 4-6, 2022. Give yourself a true respite this fall, where you can deliberately slow and soften within the seasonal change, and prepare yourself mindfully for a holiday season that will be right around the corner. If you haven’t been to Leavenworth at this time of the year, you will fall in love with its beauty – the color in the changing of the leaves, the crisp air, all backed by the strength of the mountains and the fluidity of the river. It is a truly grounding place and uplifting in its majesty. Sleeping Lady Mountain Resort is the perfect location to receive this gift of focused time, and we look forward to sharing in the delicious food, authentic attention to detail, and splendid customer service provided by the staff throughout the property.

The palate of yoga offerings during the weekend will include both active/awakening yoga practices (w/optional 1-2 classes offered in a more heated space), and deeply restful and more inward options (Yin/Restorative and Yoga Nidra). Choose what classes you wish to take; there is no demand that you take everything. Our idea is to create offerings that inspire you while not making you feel obligated, so that you tailor the pace of your special weekend in this luxurious resort setting. We will be in the Quail practice space in 2022, and look forward to the cozy wood stove, already!

What will you be doing to savor the fall? Please reach out to Nancy or Meggie for more information. We are looking forward to supporting you in November!

Schedule:

Fri, Nov 4, 2022, 3:00 PM – Sun, Nov 6, 2022, 1:00 PM PDT
