YOGA CLASSES

The owner of Hotelito los Suenos is a yogi and wanted to share the joy of practicing in a tropical environment. The yoga studio was designed and built with much care and attention for the yoga practitioner, including cushioned flooring, high quality mats and the great surround sound.

Classes will be held twice daily and are guided by John Jessum with guest instructors Janelle Johnson and Lynn Barton. Morning sessions will be 90-120 minutes in length and will be a great way to start each day before exploring everything Sayulita has to offer. Evening classes will be 60 minutes in length and designed to relax you at the end of each day.
