Join Stephanie for an afternoon of relaxation and meditation. Restorative yoga is a slow, quiet practice which encourages students to find respite from their busy lives through a series of long-held poses using props. We’ll then explore meditation, both guided and self-directed. The positive effects of meditation have been well documented by the medical industry to provide stress relief, reduce negative emotions, and gain a new perspective on life’s ups and downs. This workshop will include brief discussions about Restorative Yoga and Meditation, as well as provide students with practical means of creating their own practice. No prior experience necessary. All levels are strongly encouraged to attend.

Pre-registration is required. The fee for the workshop is $30 but if you register by October 25th, you will only pay $20.
