The Semi-Private Class follows the guidelines for fitness centers during Phase 2 Restart Plan for King County.  This is at the Issaquah Location only.
The Semi-Private Class will have 8 students or less and one instructor.  Yoga mats are placed at least 8 feet apart in the yoga room in designated areas.  Instructors wear a mask or face shield and will not be providing physical adjustments.

Date & Time: Oct. 6th, 2020 @5pm – 6pm

Registration
You can sign up for this class online only.  It is $25/class.  Registrations can start 4 days in advance of the class.  There is a waitlist option.  You have a 24 hour cancellation period.  Outside of that 24 hour window, there is a $25 no-show penalty fee.  Due to the nature of this small sized class, there are no exceptions for the no-show fee.  Memberships cannot be used for these special semi-private classes.

Protocols
You must wait in your car until 10 minutes prior to class start time.  Upon arrival, your temperature will be taken with a contactless thermometer and you will need to answer health screening questions.  If your temperature is 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or the health screening responses indicate concern, you cannot enter the studio.  Upon entry, you must use hand sanitizer.  Please arrive in your yoga attire with your mat, towel, and filled water bottle.  Shower, lockers, and cubbies are closed.  Restrooms are for emergencies only.  It is not a changing space and you cannot bring in a bag of clothing.  After class is over, please exit the studio within 10 minutes to allow for deep cleaning.

Face Masks are Required at all times in the yoga studio with the exception of on your yoga mat.  We recommend wearing masks for the practice, but it is optional.  We have more than 6 feet of space between each mat.  

Per Washington State Directive, members 65 years of age and older are encouraged to use extreme caution in deciding to access the facility and participate in hot yoga classes.  Additionally, members who are immunocompromised are encouraged to continue to follow the Stay Home, Stay Healthy Initiative.

Assumption of Risk
Hot Yoga Experience has taken enhanced health and safety measures and it is the upmost highest priority to provide a safe space for you.  However, an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public space where people are present, such as in a hot yoga studio.  By visiting Hot Yoga Experience and participating in class, you voluntarily assume all risks related to COVID-19.  If you do test positive and have visited Hot Yoga Experience in the previous 2 weeks, you must inform Hot Yoga Experience who will do its due diligence and inform others.  Thank you for your help in keeping our community healthy and safe.
