Sendatsu means leader or guide in Japanese, and Sendatsu Evolution refers to your transformation from being a bystander to your life to becoming the leader of your life. Sendatsu Evolution is a Yoga Alliance Registered 200 hour multidisciplinary yoga teacher training that empowers you to facilitate change in your life and to inspire others to do the same.

The life cycle of a leader is a four step process: Initiation, Cultivation, Maturation and Separation. Self-study is the thread that weaves each step together.

The process begins with your initiation to the program and the lifestyle of svadhyaya, or self-study, in order to tap into your innate potential and expand beyond prior self-limiting thoughts and actions. Initiation creates the foundation for cultivation of new information and tools that are rooted in the Yoga Sutras, 8 Limbs of Yoga, Anatomy & Physiology, The Chakras, Ayurveda and Ethics. Your maturation involves putting tools into practice, creating and composing your own classes that honor your authentic voice and message. Finally, your separation includes a graduation ceremony and redefinition of the leader you’ve become throughout the training.

By the time you reach graduation, you will have created a manual to guide your teaching, be able to teach Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Restorative and Yoga Nidra, and be empowered as the leader of your life and able to inspire and shed light on that potential in others.

We know that the evolution towards becoming a leader is difficult–if it weren’t, everyone would do it! We are committed to providing you with the personal and professional resources to support your growth. Lead teacher, Leah Zaccaria, is a Yoga Alliance E- RYT teacher, tax expert, and the owner of hauteyoga Queen Anne and shefayoga Roosevelt. Your evolution as a teacher is enhanced by working one-on-one with Leah as well as with her expertly trained teachers from both studios. Additional teachers include: Sarah Ilgenfritz, Michelle Chambers, Casey Petersen, Leah Adams and Mallory Monahan.

Because this transition is undeniably life changing, we also offer access to your very own in-house life coach, Gail Hudson, to help you integrate yoga teachings into your life.

Training will be held on Mondays at shefayoga and either Saturday or Sunday at hauteyoga. Unlimited yoga at both studios during your training will deepen your personal practice as you cultivate the professional skills to become a fully empowered teacher and leader.

The cost of the program is $2,999. If paid in full by October 1st, you will receive an early bird discount and pay $2,799. A $300 non-refundable deposit secures your spot in the program. Tuition paid is non-refundable after the first day of class.

About the instructor: Leah Zaccaria

Leah Zaccaria

Training:
• 200 Hour Vinyasa Training with Alchemy of Yoga, teachers Silvia Mordini and Jenniferlyn Cheimingo at hauteyoga Queen Anne (sister studio to shefayoga Roosevelt)

Experience:
• Practicing since 2006
• Teaching since 2011

I have always been avidly into fitness, dance and movement and became passionate for hot yoga in 2006. Yoga changed my life. Coming from a stressful career environment where I work as a CPA, it helped me quiet my mind and see my life for what it was and how I wanted it to be.
It had been dream of mine to own my own business. Therefore, I decided to marry my business expertise with my passion for yoga to create a studio that would be successful from a business standpoint but also reach and help people physically, emotionally and spiritually, as well as build a community where people feel safe and loved unconditionally. My First studio, hauteyoga Queen Anne has been open since 2009 and has grown into something bigger and better than I ever dreamed. I feel it is my own dharma (purpose) to continue to build and foster communities in the Seattle area. shefayoga Roosevelt was born from this vision. I am extremely excited to have sister studios, each carrying the vision, but with their own unique being.

I am inspired and love to share messages of intention while practicing the asanas (poses). My classes are filled with love, laughter, movement, and really great music!
