Have you recently graduated from a 200-hour teacher training program? Are you wondering what next steps to take in pursuit of your career of teaching yoga?

It is common to feel excitement paired with the uncertainty about how to dive into the yoga teaching profession. We are excited to offer the Sendatsu Extension Program: Next Level Leadership with owner of hauteyoga Queen Anne, shefayoga Roosevelt and Sendatsu Evolution, Leah Zaccaria and teacher and voice coach, Karina Brossmann. Building on the skills you’ve learned over 200 hours of study, Next Level Leadership provides opportunities to receive real-time feedback as you hone your language, voice and cueing; practice assisting; create themes that can be elegantly woven throughout your classes; develop creative and intelligent sequences; and delve into the business world of yoga, incorporating everything from ethics to taxes.

After this additional 50 hours of intensive study, you will be provided the opportunity to audition for a position on the sub list of hauteyoga or shefayoga, an opportunity usually reserved for teachers with at least one year of experience. This program qualifies as continued education credit with Yoga Alliance.

If you are ready to take your study and expertise to the next level, please email SendatsuEvolution@gmail.com for more information.

Leah Zaccaria

Training:
• 200 Hour Vinyasa Training with Alchemy of Yoga, teachers Silvia Mordini and Jenniferlyn Cheimingo at hauteyoga Queen Anne (sister studio to shefayoga Roosevelt)

Experience:
• Practicing since 2006
• Teaching since 2011

I have always been avidly into fitness, dance and movement and became passionate for hot yoga in 2006. Yoga changed my life. Coming from a stressful career environment where I work as a CPA, it helped me quiet my mind and see my life for what it was and how I wanted it to be.
It had been dream of mine to own my own business. Therefore, I decided to marry my business expertise with my passion for yoga to create a studio that would be successful from a business standpoint but also reach and help people physically, emotionally and spiritually, as well as build a community where people feel safe and loved unconditionally. My First studio, hauteyoga Queen Anne has been open since 2009 and has grown into something bigger and better than I ever dreamed. I feel it is my own dharma (purpose) to continue to build and foster communities in the Seattle area. shefayoga Roosevelt was born from this vision. I am extremely excited to have sister studios, each carrying the vision, but with their own unique being.

I am inspired and love to share messages of intention while practicing the asanas (poses). My classes are filled with love, laughter, movement, and really great music!

Karina Brossmann

Based out of Seattle WA, Karina Brossmann has been reveling in the world of sound and movement for over a decade. She received her BFA in Theater from Cornish College of the Arts, her 200 RYT yoga certification with Reflections Yoga, and has written and performed throughout Washington with former college band Annabel Lee and sister/flutist Bevani.

In 2014 she decided it was finally time to create her own, original album. She teamed up with the Canadian Baker brother-duo to produce nine gorgeous pop-ballads that will be released early 2016, titled “Love Unbroken.”

When Karina is not singing and performing around town, she teaches yoga at multiple studios across the Greater-Seattle area and holds private mentorship sessions for young girls (ages 8-18) looking for support in unleashing their unique voice.
