  • Walks in nature including the expansive Puget Sound
  • Inspirational talks
  • Reading, reflection, journaling
  • Sacred ceremony and devotions
  • Gourmet vegetarian meals

Accommodations and Meals:

Accommodations at Captain Whidbey Inn are charming and comfortable. A few rooms have garden or sound views and bathrooms down the hallway – European Inn Style. Most rooms have views of water: Puget Sound or lovely Lagoon. Most rooms have one queen bed to accommodate single occupancy or a couple. There are a limited amount of double-bedded rooms for double occupancy on a first come, first served basis! Meals are provided by the Inn’s chef.

Schedule:

The retreat begins Friday at 6 p.m. and ends Sunday afternoon at 2 p.m. This is a “silent”retreat. Retreatants are asked to remain in silence whether in group activities or in their rooms, during meals and on the grounds from the end of the Friday night orientation until lunch on Sunday.
