Relax, Restore, And Renew with Meghan Smith
Yoga Nidra is a deeply relaxing and restorative meditative practice of self-inquiry. After a grounding 45-minute slow flow accompanied by essential oils, Meghan will guide you through a 45-minute Yoga Nidra meditation which will heal, soothe, and guide you home to your True Nature. The benefits of Yoga Nidra include improved sleep, reduced anxiety and stress, and greater feelings of well-being. Anyone can benefit from this practice and all levels are welcome.
