Join Megan each month for an evening of relaxation. These unique events are perfect for anyone looking for an opportunity to relax and unwind. This is a very popular event at Yogabliss!

Curious about what to expect? The evening will open with a meditation to help open activate energy centers in the body. Next students will be invited into a supported savasana (a reclining position with the support of yoga props), and Megan will play her beautiful crystal singing bowls to bring a deeper state of relaxation and healing.

This practice uses the power of sound and vibration to help the body and mind relax,it is often explained like a massage for the nervous system. Students often share that following a sound bath they feel clearer, calmer and often enjoy a better night’s sleep.

The evening will close with a silent meditation to help bring balance to the system after the experience of the sound bath and also allow time for personal reflection and exploration.

Her classes combine ancient yogic wisdom with shamanic teachings, energetic practices and a profound exploration of the subtle body. She loves to bring sound into the studio through the use of voice, tuning forks, and crystal singing bowls, and believes in the power of vibration and yoga to access healing states. She strives to find balance in the yoga studio through classes focused on the lunar and seasonal cycles, and meditation and breathwork geared toward accessing the pranic (energy) body and the chakra system.
