Gail Kronberg, Sound Healer & Reiki Master, will immerse you in the luscious soundscapes and healing frequencies of an extraordinary ensemble of crystal and Tibetan singing bowl, Wu Xing symphonic gong, and other ancient healing instruments, including native drum and flute, koshi chimes, ocean drum, and tingshas. All of these instruments will play a part in our experience as they bring their own unique textures and tonal qualities to your sonic journey.
Sound and vibration has been used by various cultures for many years as a tool for healing. It not only helps with inducing relaxation, but also has a way of moving through areas of blockage to move stagnant energy, release energy patterns and habits that are no longer serving you, and activates the body’s natural healing systems. The pure, penetrating frequencies will affect every cell of the body, allowing you to experience effortless relaxation and connect to higher self while receiving subtle energy attunements especially for you.
Melinda Kaur, Reiki Master Teacher, will guide you in meditation and offer her unique skill of energy healing for added vibrational support, release, and empowerment. Reiki is a Japanese healing practice that treats the whole person. Through gentle touch or by placing the hands slightly above the body, universal life force energy is channeled, activating the natural healing processes of the body and restoring physical and emotional health.
What to bring:
Wear comfortable clothes, and bring whatever you need (yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, etc.) to be relaxed for a 60 minute sound bath immersion. Please arrive 10-15 minutes to check in and get settled.

About the instructors: Gail Kronberg and Melinda Kaur
Over the past few years I have been on a spiritual path of self-healing and seeking purpose in my life. I began studying East Asian healing and energy philosophies, taking classes in yoga, tai chi, meditation, and vibration movement. Then I attended a crystal singing bowl sound bath and chakra series that changed my life in ways that I never would have imagined. At one of the sound baths I was introduced to a Tibetan singing bowl and the sound vibrations resonated with me. After further research, I discovered that there were sound therapies using singing bowls and that I was meant to learn the traditional ways of healing with these bowls. Fate stepped in and has taken me on an incredible journey to become a Himalayan Chakra Singing Bowl Sound Healer and Owner of Singing Bowl Soundsations.
Melinda Kaur has been a practicing Reiki Master and Reiki Teacher for over 17 years. Her practice, Reiki Joy, is based out of Kirkland, Washington. She was attuned in Glastonbury, England ( Stonehenge ) by William Rand to Karuna Master. In her past 16 years as a Reiki Master and Karuna Master, Melinda has traversed the globe in the study and practice of Reiki. Recently, Melinda traveled to the South of France on a spiritual journey with 11 others, opening up earth grids and balancing the feminine and male energies of the earth – a very empowering journey.
The belief that everyone is a healer is at the core of Melinda’s practice. Through Reiki Joy, Melinda shares her natural gifts as a healer with others, and empowers others through training to facilitate their own self-healing. Melinda teaches Usui Holy Fire Reiki 1 and Reiki 2 classes on an ongoing basis and helps to conduct 2 Reiki circles and a meditation group in Kirkland. She is also a professional member of The Reiki Association.
