In the ancient texts Full Moon days are considered auspicious for meditation practice. They are accelerators for change. The 3 most influential celestial bodies in our lives are the Earth, Sun, and Moon. Between the three of them our Tattwas are vitalized and balanced.
On full moons our magnetic fields are ripe for change. Join us for a special morning of raising the Kundalini with a special Full Moon Extended Gong Healing. We’ll spend extra time to resonate with three Gongs, and complete our evening with a powerful Mantra meditation to anchor us deeply to our Truth!
The Gong has been used for thousands of years as an important a tool for healing and meditation. The universe is powered by sound. The Gong is the basic creative sound. Out of the Gong comes all music, all sounds, all words. The sound of the Gong is the nucleus of the Word. The mind was created out of this sound: it is like the father and mother together. When you experience a Gong Meditation, the waves of sound carry your body and mind to a feeling of peace and connectedness. It’s at this point the Soul is able to re-write our human script.
Our class will consist of Kundalini Yoga, an extended Gong layout, and Meditation!
Join us for a morning of transformation, energetic shifts, and elevated spirit!
