Loading Events

In this workshop we will explore the edges in our yoga practice. It is at the edge where we are challenged and where growth has the potential to happen, bringing us closer to who we truly are. Using the principles of Tantric Hatha Yoga, we will bring postures, breath work, and meditation together. This will be no ordinary practice. We may hold postures for longer periods of time, breath work (pranayama) may be practiced while in postures, and bandhas (deep abdominal holds or locks) will be interspersed throughout.

At least 6 months of experience with yoga is recommended. Please come to class with an empty stomach.
