“Yoga and the sacred art of storytelling.”

In this class we will infuse the ancient art of storytelling to delve deeper into our practice of self discovery. Expect to flow, sweat, and smile big. A journal and any props you may like are recommended.

Terilyn is feeling inspired to share the the story to the goddess Durga as she believes we are witnessing the rise of Durga right now in our political climate and Lovelution/Revolution

Terilyn’s classes are infused with mythology, poetry, fun music and humor. Her authentic love of people creates an inclusive environment for EVERY BODY where each student feels equally welcome and valued.

Terilyn’s yogic path has been strongly influenced by her many years as a healer, priestess and seeker. Terilyn sees yoga as a way to express her spirituality, love, joy and liberation and to gather and hold sacred space.

Spotlight on Yoga, a new FRIDAY evening class to showcase the very best of what Seattle has to offer in the way of yoga and related body-mind-spirit practices and activities.

Doors open 5:30
Class starts at 6:00 promptly
Class ends at 7:30 promptly

Cost is $10 drop-in

Bring your own mat (we do have a few mats to lend if you forget).
