Her classes are accessible to all, and a joyous mix of yogic philosophy and light-hearted fun, welcoming students of all ages, regardless of perceived barriers.

Sarah Belisle Yoga SeattleSarah Belisle:Β Sarah began practicing yoga over ten years ago while working on her graduate degree in nutrition. She found that yoga helped her to balance the stress of graduate school and physical demands of distance running. Yoga became a touchstone that she repeatedly came back to while moving through life, transitioning in her career, and training for marathons. Sarah began teaching in 2013 after completing her teaching training at Yogalife in Seattle. As a teacher, Sarah hopes to help students bring more balance to their daily lives. She strives to create a welcoming environment where students can tune into their own mental and physical experience. Outside of teaching, Sarah enjoys running and studies acupuncture at the Seattle Institute of Oriental Medicine.
