About the instructor:  Anna Douglas

Anna Douglas

Anna discovered her passion for yoga and her love of art while still in her teens. This insight evolved and gave focus to her life and guided her to a degree at Western Washington University in Creative Wellness, and was the impetus for her journey to Bali, Indonesia where she earned her first 200-hour teaching certificate in Hatha Yoga.

Anna’s continued yoga study advanced to a second 200-hour certification in Seattle, at CorePower Yoga and she has since then been certified in Yin Yoga as well as Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga. Anna has been teaching yoga in Seattle since 2012. She teaches all levels and all abilities, keenly attuned to providing a safe and encouraging space for students to grow and breathe together.
