Strengthen Your Body and Restore Your Health with Claudette Evans

I’m now spending more time on my couch than ever before in my entire life, it’s where I watch television, it’s where I lecture and mentor my private students, and my body tells me every day that this isn’t good for me.

Whether you, like me, are now working in a makeshift workspace or hanging out on the couch binge-watching Netflix, you know — and can feel — how sitting for extended periods of time can begin to limit your body’s mobility and sabotage your wellbeing. Join me this spring for a monthly deep dive to stretch and strengthen your body, restore muscle function, improve your posture, and provide overall relief.
