This unique 90 min yoga class will invite an opening to new beginnings through guided meditation, chanting and asana practice. Together we’ll shed the residual effects of a long winter and the energetic heaviness that has carried over.
And because Jenny loves sharing wholesome, homemade food in community- We invite you to stay, nourish your soul & enjoy a delicious lunch after class!
