Spring is a time of renewal and growth; it’s an ideal time to harness your newly reemerging vitality to set intentions for the season to come. By taking time to be present and align your energy with your desires and vision for yourself, you can more powerfully affect change in your life.

Join Kathleen and Michael Dowd (a dynamic sister and brother yoga teaching team!) for an afternoon of yoga, restoration, intention setting, and a special gong layout.

You will enjoy a gentle series of Kundalini Yoga warm-up exercises designed to help you settle into your physical ‘body glove’, followed by a powerful pranayama (breathing) practice, all to help prepare you for the practice of restorative yoga. The workshop will also include guided meditation, mantra, time for journaling and reflection with writing prompts, and an extended gong savasana.

The sound of the gong mimics the sound of creation. It brings the glandular and nervous systems into balance and helps quiet the mind, so we can truly relax. It is a beautiful compliment for a restorative yoga practice. During the gong savasana Michael will move through each chakra on the gong so that you will feel an impact with the corresponding chakra in your body.

Join Kathleen & Michael for this powerful afternoon workshop and give yourself the gift of recharge and renewal.
