Join Marni Entrop and Karen Gamble for a Spring Retreat at the magical Haramara Retreat in Sayulita, Nayarit, Mexico. Haramara means “Mother Sea” in the native Huichol Indian language. This retreat offers the atmosphere for you to feel your connection to the earth, to the sea, and to yourself and experience relaxation, renewal, and restoration.

Rates include accommodations, daily cleaning service, all meals, use of facilities and all yoga classes. Transportation and gratuities not included. A shuttle to and from Haramara and the airport can be arranged at a separate cost; $90 from airport to Haramara and $65 from Haramara to the airport for one to four people with an additional $5/person up to seven. (Registered participants will receive more information about this and opportunities to coordinate through Haramara.)

Note: We will do our best to accommodate your rooming preference but cannot guarantee this. There are a limited number of single rooms available. Please specify at registration any roommate preferences. Please also let us know if your preference is for a shared double bed.

Cancellation Policy: Refund of your payment(s) less a $75 cancellation fee per registration until 12/1/2018. No refunds will be given after 12/1/2018.

Marni Entrop Yoga TeacherMarni Entrop: Marni offers creative and knowledgeable class sequences with spiritual tradition and personal inquiry. She invites her students to be strong and healthy in their body, connected to their hearts and guided by their spirits. Marni came to yoga in 1999 after a broken back in a snowboard accident. Attending her first class as yoga therapy she discovered it was a seed of healing that would later blossom into a passion and lifestyle. She has studied in various styles and senior teachers in the United States. She is also a certified prenatal yoga instructor and practices as a labor support doula off the mat. Her interest in Ayurveda and how the body mirrors nature is her personal life practice. She is a mother of two, wife, retired professional snowboarder, enthusiast of nature and forever a student of the ancient study of yoga.

Karen Gamble Yoga TeacherKaren Gamble: Karen is an E-RYT-500 YA accredited instructor as well as a certified YTU instructor. She has been teaching yoga for over 10 years and works as a fitness trainer and health coach. She also recently became a Reiki practitioner Level 1. She believes that health is a multifaceted balance of your mental and physical habits, diet, as well as the environment you live in. “Learning to navigate the complexities within your self and your environment along with compassion, is the key to a healthy life.”
