Stretch and Fly Yoga Dance is a unique empowering movement practice that combines simple dance moves and yoga. Experience original choreography that blends flowing movement and dynamic stillness.

Each Stretch and Fly Yoga Dance routine has a theme intended to evoke various expressions of our human experience. Some of these routines include: the Dance of the Warrior, Dance of the Chakras, Dance of Radiant Light and Dance of Release. Join us monthly and experience each one!

Schedule:

1/19, 2/23, 3/22, 4/26  (Class is cancelled for 2/23)

Sundays, 4:15- 5:30 pm

Cost: $18 per session or use your drop in class pass/ You can sign up in advance via the drop in schedule!

 

About the instructor:  Liziah Richards

Liziah Richards

 

 

Liziah Richards is a certified yoga instructor through Whole Life Yoga’s teacher training program at the 500-hour level. She has experience teaching yoga to adults, kids and families. She is a therapist, writer, storyteller and performer. Liziah is Licensed Mental Health Counseling Associate. She has  received a Masters of Arts in Psychology/Systems Counseling from the Leadership Institute of Seattle (LIOS) and a Bachelors of Fine Arts from Cornish College of the Arts.
