Join Kate Towell and Dawn Torres in this Summer Solstice celebration of the sun and our long awaited transition to summer.

This has always been a time of year that calls people to celebrate the sun and the gifts of summer. We naturally spend more time outside, playing, exploring and traveling. The sun allows even our diets to be lightened and brightened with an abundance of fresh fruits and veggies.

Different cultures have long held beautiful traditions around honoring the sun and the Solstice, known as the longest day of the year. Many yogis have incorporated the practice of a Yoga Mala, or 108 sun salutations, into their tradition and celebration of the solstice.

We hope you will join us in this beautiful moving meditation known as a yoga mala. We will offer modifications of the sun salutation so that students can participate in the practice in a way that honors your body.

There is space for breath and pauses through out.

We will offer a restorative Savasana and energizing refreshments after the practice along with some other surprises. We hope you will join us as we say Hello to Summer Yogi Style.
