Join Kate & Torrey for a deeply relaxing, meditative evening of sound and vibrational healing. In this sound bath, participants experience restorative and rejuvenating effects while being bathed in the sounds of Himalayan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, Native American flutes, heartbeat drum, voice, and gong.

Sound healing reduces stress, shifts consciousness, and creates a deep sense of peace and well-being. A sound bath is also an excellent way to indulge in self-care and to align with the current seasonal and astrological happenings. Participants will lie in savasana during the sound bath.

The event will begin with a brief meditation and intention setting and will close with several minutes of silence to absorb the full effects of the sound bath. Wear comfortable clothes and, bring any extra props you like to have with you (blankets, bolster, pillow, eye pillow, journal). We have limited props at the studio, and not enough for everyone as sound baths are always sellouts.  We invite you to experience this magical evening, while connecting with deeper self-healing, releasing energy that no longer serves you, and calming your mind, body, and spirit.

Please register early; sound baths are always sellouts.  Doors open 15 minutes prior to bath. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early and make sure to check in with the front desk to secure your spot.  At 7:25, we begin offering no show spots to waitlist.

About the instructor: Kate Towell

Kate Towell

Kate began practicing yoga in 1998 as a way to stay balanced and focused during graduate school. In 2002 an injury and a health crisis brought her to Ayurveda. It was natural for the two to merge and since that time both Ayurveda and Yoga have been a daily practice. In 2010 Kate was inspired to become a certified yoga teacher and took two 200hr teacher trainings. The second of which landed her in India. This powerful and transformative journey lead Kate to pursue more formal training in Ayurveda and in 2012 completed her studies at Kerala Ayurveda Academy in Seattle and then founded Infinite You Wellness merging her passion for yoga and Ayurveda. Kate also completed her 500hr teacher training at Twist yoga and is grateful to have studied with many inspiring teachers from a variety of lineages.

Kate’s intention is to inspire students through the practice of yoga and the wisdom of Ayurveda to connect with their own personal power, healing abilities and expansive potential. Kate teaches with a playful spirit and encourages students to find balance among the stillness, joyful exploration and challenge of meeting their edge. Each class is structured as a journey with breath-work and asana focused around a central theme integrating yoga philosophy within the physical practice. Each journey is a creative flow focusing on celebrating the present moment, regardless of what arises, so the practice becomes a deeply powerful and joyful experience.
