Senior Intermediate level Certified Iyengar Yoga teacher Marla Apt returns for her tenth season at the Ranch, bringing her skillful guidance in the art of asana and pranayama to students looking to deepen their commitment to consistent, daily practice that increases awareness of their physical, emotional, and spiritual lives.
