Teacher Training Information Evening at Sound Yoga

Our comprehensive, individualized training program is taught in the tradition of T. Krishnamacharya and T.K.V. Desikachar. This training will provide a firm foundation from which to grow as a Yoga teacher.

T. Krishnamacharya is widely considered the father of modern Yoga. He was one of the first to teach Yoga to women, adapt Yoga to each individual and was influential in the development of Yoga Therapy.
