Our Sacred Anatomy: The Chakras Workshop with Ellen Boyle
Jun 22, 2019 @ 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm| $80
Come and explore the seven psychic centers of transformation that offer insights and wisdom regarding our health and awakened living. Evolving from the Tantric tradition, the chakras are a profound journey through the levels of our human experience – from the earth of our bodies to the sky of our spirits.
Perceive your self, your health, and your dharma through the lens of the chakras in order to:
learn which centers are imbalanced and the practices that can aid in healing those imbalances
which chakra you live from and how that influences your experience of yourself and the world
suggestions for designing your daily habits to support the balance of your entire system
This workshop is beneficial for everyone, but with these deeper insights, yoga teachers will feel confident incorporating the chakras into their asana classes deepening and empowering their students’ experience in practice.
Of note, Ellen will be offering a Teaching Practicum held the next day, Sunday, June 23, 11:00 am-1:00 pm, for those who wish to expand upon this offering.
Please plan carefully: Refunds of 90% are granted up to 5 days prior to the class start; after which, no refunds are given.
