About The Instructor: Kapil Agrawal
Kapil came to Yoga in 2005. He practiced in the Iyengar tradition for over 10 years, and served on the board of the Iyengar Yoga Institute of Greater New York. Several years ago, through an eye-opening experience, he encountered yoga in the tradition of the Bihar School of Yoga. Since that time he has undergone extensive training in the theory and practice of yoga. He travels annually to the ashram in India to further his training. Kapil believes in practicing and teaching yoga that is balanced and which enables connection with different levels of our being: physical, energetic, emotional, and beyond. Kapil is certified at the RYT-500 level.
