• Learn the ins and outs of how to be a successful and healthy teacher of yoga, meditation or healing.
• Learn the keys to marketing, confidence, self care, boundaries, understanding what students really need and want, and the art of using voice, touch, authenticity, and kindness to lead and create an awesome experience.
• And most important: doing your own inner work, self knowledge and how to recognize the “shadow” side of yourself, students, and each style of yoga or meditation.
