We’ll integrate physical practice, asana; principles of yoga ethics, yamas and niyamas; and meditation in the unveiling of what harmony means to you. In addition to the tools listed, Ferrah will offer journal prompts to brainstorm how you can realistically apply these philosophies as you walk along your journey of self-discovery.
