What will I learn?

This module provides an integrative framework for understanding how trauma and chronic stress impact the body and mind. The module focuses on yoga, mindfulness, somatic practices, and meditation, and their ability to reduce trauma and stress symptoms and cultivate a greater sense of well-being.
