A great complement to your existing yoga practice, or a fantastic full-body workout on its own!

TRX is a resistance training protocol that requires only a pair of mounted straps and your own body weight. The straps allow for a range of modifications to regular bodyweight exercises, giving students of any physical ability the opportunity to build strength.

Each of our series is limited to 6 students, so our trainers can give all the individual attention you need to move toward your fitness goals.

Our program is headed by Elizabeth Andrews, a certified Master Trainer with over 25 years of experience in the fitness industry. She will be sharing her knowledge with you, as well as coaching our TRX trainers to provide you with a consistent and high-quality experience no matter whose series you choose.

Dates & Time:

  • Oct. 14th, 2019 – Nov. 04th, 2019
  • From 5:00 PM – 5:45 PM

Tuition: $140 for the series. Preregistration is REQUIRED.

Please Note: The first class of each series will be 60 minutes!! The remaining classes will be 45 minutes. This extra time in the first class is for a basic tutorial on how to use the TRX equipment.
