A great complement to your existing yoga practice, or a fantastic full-body workout on its own!
In TRX students use a pair of mounted straps in a variety of ways to build functional strength, increase healthy range of motion, increase stamina, and improve balance. The straps allow for a range of modifications, giving students of any physical ability the opportunity to explore movement in a new and fun! way.

This series is limited to 6 students, so our instructors can give all the individual attention you need.

Absolute beginners & those with previous TRX experience are welcome to attend.


Tuition: $90

*This event takes place in-studio. Space is very limited. Preregistration is REQUIRED.
*In accordance with the CDC & WA State Mandate, masks are required by all at all times, regardless of vaccination status.
*Cancellation policy: No refunds can be offered. If you provide 48 hours notice that you cannot attend, Yogabliss will credit your account the tuition for the workshop.
