Cultivate clear focus for your life in 2020 by immersing yourself in an urban mini-retreat at Aya Yoga Oasis.

– balance your energy in a 90-minute yin/yang yoga practice

– connect with others with a journaling and discussion session

– focus your intentions on a vision board to activate your creative subconscious and shape your internal motivation

Please bring your journal and yoga mat. Wear comfortable clothing and feel free to bring a change of clothes for after the yoga practice.

From: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Cost: $79 per person ($71 for members) and includes all vision board supplies, brunch, and tea.

Cancellation Policy: Refund allowed, with a 15% service charge up until 14 days prior to the event. After that, no refunds or account credits are allowed unless the event is canceled.

Carrie Johnson Bio

 

Carrie Johnson is the owner of Aya Yoga Oasis, a certified yoga instructor (E-RYT200 and YACEP), and an adventurous world explorer. Carrie enjoys exploring new cultures and new places, while keeping an open mind to new possibilities.

Carrie is also very passionate about sharing yoga with her students in a way that allows them to cultivate the art of listening to their body. Every class she teaches allows time for each student to experiment and to learn something new about themselves.
